About the Position

As a Project Manager at GreyBird, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projects. These will range from high-impact strategic initiatives to process improvements, operational optimizations, partnerships, and technology implementations. You will collaborate closely with our education recruiters, base managers, core team, IT team, and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of all projects.

Your role will involve juggling multiple responsibilities, from improving internal processes to driving technology upgrades and managing external partnerships, ensuring all initiatives align with our overall goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for a variety of projects.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities while encouraging collaboration.
• Process Improvement & Operational Projects: Oversee process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency 
• Partnership & Technology Implementations: Drive the successful delivery of projects involving external partnerships, and implementation of new technology solutions 
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Continuous Improvement: Post-project analysis to identify lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects.
• Assist in scaling operations: to accommodate our growing international student base and expanding presence in Europe.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in managing a variety of projects, including process improvements, operational projects, development projects, and technology implementations.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English
  • Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering projects on time and within scope
