The procedure simulator used in GreyBird is a replica of our P2006T trainer aircraft. This means that all cockpit flows, all performance calculations and all procedures are identical to those in the aircraft. This means that you do not have to learn new procedures, performance-calculation methods or new cockpit flows to fly the simulator, and therefore the simulator represents positive training. The simulator is very realistic, and it has been approved for procedure training as well as emergency training.
Our A320 FNPT II MCC simulator is the crown jewel of our synthetic training devices. It is a replica of an Airbus A320 cockpit, and it flies extremely realistically. The flying experience is very convincing. It is very easy to believe that you are actually flying a large aircraft.
This platform will be the place where you transition from a small-aircraft pilot to a multi-pilot big-jet capable pilot. The simulator is new and built to our specifications, and the APS MCC course will take you through 10 sessions of each four hours here. You will leave as a competent pilot ready to tackle any type of rating and to apply for any job at any operator.
